- Not official software: ECHS Sarthi is an independent tool. It is not made or approved by ECHS, UTIITSL, the Ministry of Defence or any government department. The name “ECHS” is used only to describe the portal the tool works with.
- Final responsibility is yours: the extension helps fill and check forms, but verifying every claim’s details, amounts, codes and documents — and deciding to submit — is the responsibility of the user (the hospital). Claims are never submitted automatically.
- AI can make mistakes: information read by AI (especially from handwritten documents) may contain errors — check every field before submitting.
- Portal changes: if the ECHS BPA portal’s design or rules change, some features may not work correctly for a while. In that case, work on the portal directly until a new version is released.
- ECHS rates / rules: rates, rules and news shown in the extension are for information only — official orders and the portal are the final source.
- Sample data: all screenshots on this website use made-up sample data. Any resemblance to a real person, hospital or claim is coincidental.
