Quick fix
- Press F5 on the portal tab.
- Click ◂ ES Sarthi again.
Still not opening?
- If you just reloaded or updated the extension, the old page is disconnected — a red banner asks you to refresh. Save any open claim form, then press F5.
- Try the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+E.
- If the side panel still fails, the extension opens an in-page panel instead.
- Make sure the extension is enabled in
chrome://extensions.
