Update to a new version

Replace the files and reload — without losing any data.

Steps

  1. Unzip the new ZIP.
  2. Copy its files into the same ECHS_Sarthi folder, replacing the old ones. Do not create a new folder.
  3. Open chrome://extensions and press ↻ Reload on ECHS Sarthi.
  4. If a claim form is open on the portal, press Save on the portal first.
  5. Press F5 on the portal tab and reopen the side panel.

Important

  • Never press Remove — removing the extension deletes all its data on that computer.
  • After updating, “What’s new” shows the changes.
