Privacy Policy
Your data stays with you
Last updated: 8 Oct 2026
1. The extension (ECHS Sarthi)
Claim data stays on the same computer. The extension reads claim information inside your own logged-in session on the ECHS BPA portal and keeps it in Chrome’s extension storage on that computer. This information is never sent to this website or to any server of ours.
- Password / CAPTCHA: the extension neither enters nor stores the portal password or CAPTCHA.
- AI reading (your choice): when you choose “Read with AI”, only the selected documents are sent for reading to the AI service of your own API key (for example Google Gemini). That service operates under its own privacy policy. If you don’t use AI reading, no document leaves your computer.
- Mobile notifications (your choice): if you turn on Telegram / WhatsApp notifications, only a count-based summary is sent (for example “3 NMI today”) — never a patient name, card or claim detail.
- ECHS News: only search terms are sent to news websites to fetch headlines; no claim data.
- Backup: backup files are created on your computer and never contain API keys, tokens or PINs.
- Staff analytics: how often each user performed each action — counts only, on the same computer. You can export a counts-only file yourself from Tools → 📈; the extension never sends it anywhere on its own.
2. This website
- Enquiry form: the name, mobile, email, hospital and message you submit are kept only to get in touch with you. Please do not include any patient information in the form.
- Spam protection: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) is kept for a short time to block repeated spam.
- Cookies: one session cookie for form security; no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Your information is never sold or shared.
- Screenshots: all screenshots on this website use made-up sample data — no real patient, hospital or claim.
3. Your rights
To have an enquiry you submitted removed or corrected, contact us at skaler2015@gmail.com. All extension data can be deleted from that computer through Settings or by removing the extension.
