Accounting Tools is a free collection of 126+ online accounting, GST, income-tax, payroll, loan, business and bookkeeping tools built for Indian businesses, accountants, students and freelancers.

Why we built this

Most accounting calculations — GST splits, EMI schedules, TDS, salary breakups, invoices, depreciation — are simple formulas, yet people still hunt through spreadsheets or pay for software to do them. We wanted one clean place where every such tool is a click away, works instantly on a phone, and never asks you to sign up.

How it works

• 100% browser-based. Every calculation runs on your own device using JavaScript. Nothing you type is sent to our server.
• Your data stays yours. Where a tool remembers your inputs (for example your business details on an invoice), it is stored only in your browser's local storage, which you can clear any time.
• India-first. Indian number formatting (lakh/crore), Indian financial year, GST, TDS, EPF, ESI and other local rules are built in.
• Free forever. The site is supported by advertising so the tools can stay free.
