Who we are

RGHS Sarthi is a browser extension made by , Sikar, Rajasthan. It helps hospital staff work on the RGHS portal. Contact: .

Patient and claim data

Claim, patient and payment data that RGHS Sarthi reads from the RGHS portal is stored only on your computer (browser storage) and, if you choose one, in a folder on your own computer or local network. It is not sent to our server.

AI reading of documents

When you use AI reading, the document images you choose are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider whose key you add (for example Google Gemini or OpenAI), under that provider’s terms. We do not receive these images.

What our server receives

• License details you enter: hospital name, contact person, mobile, email, city.
• For each PC: a random PC ID, the PC name you set, the extension version, IP address and last-seen time — to enforce the PC limit of your plan.
• A one-way hash of the portal login ID — to stop a license being used by another hospital. We cannot read the login ID from it.
• Payment records (order / payment IDs, amount, plan). Card / UPI details are handled by the payment gateway, never by us.
• Usage counts (unless switched off in Sarthi → License): which buttons and pages are used, how often, how long they take and whether they failed — per day, per PC. Never patient names, TIDs, documents or claim data.
• Basic diagnostics (unless switched off): extension version, number of PCs, folder / sync / portal status and error messages.
• Support messages you choose to send, with the extension version and recent error messages.

Why we keep it

Only to run your license, give support, send renewal reminders and keep accounts as required by law. We do not sell or share it for advertising.

How long

License and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts. PC records not seen for 12 months and support messages older than 2 years are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your license details (unpaid / ended licenses) by WhatsApp or email. Removing the extension deletes its browser data; files in your own folders stay with you.

Security

The server uses HTTPS. License responses are digitally signed. Please keep your license key private.
