Every hospital can use all features free for 7 days before paying, so please try Sarthi fully before you buy.

Refunds

If Sarthi does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment — we refund it in full. Renewals and upgrades are not refundable after 7 days.

Cancellation

You can stop at any time by not renewing. The license simply ends on its date; there is no automatic charge.

How to ask

WhatsApp or email with your license key and payment ID. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 7 working days.
