The service

RGHS Sarthi is software provided by that helps your staff read, organise and fill claim information on the RGHS portal. You use it with your own portal login.

You stay responsible

Sarthi never presses Save or Submit on the portal. Every claim, reply and document is checked and submitted by your staff. Please verify AI-filled fields before submitting. We are not responsible for claim rejections, deductions or penalties.

License and PCs

A license is for one hospital. The plan decides how many PCs may use it at the same time:

• 1 PC — ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year
• 3 PCs — ₹199 per month or ₹1999 per year
• Unlimited PCs — ₹499 per month or ₹4999 per year

New hospitals get a 7-day free trial with 3 PCs. Do not share or resell your license key.

Payment and renewal

Plans are prepaid for one month or one year. If the license ends, your data stays visible but syncing and AI filling pause until you renew. Prices may change for future renewals with 30 days’ notice.

Fair use

Do not use Sarthi to overload, scrape for others or misuse the RGHS portal, or against the rules of RGHS. We may suspend a license that is misused.

Changes to the portal

If RGHS changes its portal, some features can stop until we update Sarthi. We try to fix such issues quickly; this is not a reason for a penalty or claim against us.

Limitation

The software is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the current period.

Law

These terms follow Indian law. Courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
